By using the Cricket Gabru Discord application (the "Bot"), cricketgabru.in (the "Site"), or any related service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Priyanshu Jain, a sole proprietorship registered in India ("we", "us"). These Terms are published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service, but you may only make a purchase with the knowledge and consent of a parent or lawful guardian, using a payment method you are authorised to use. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for activity on your Discord account. You agree not to:
We operate Anti-Alt Verification and fair-play monitoring to enforce this section. Sanctions range from item removal to permanent termination of all linked accounts.
Cricket Gabru is an online social game within the meaning of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026. It is not an online money game.
Specifically:
User safety features. In accordance with the PROG Rules, 2026 we operate: age gating at 13 with purchase-level 18+ confirmation; Anti-Alt and anti-automation verification; fair-play and integrity monitoring; in-Discord user reporting tools; and a two-tier grievance and appeal mechanism as set out in Section 18.
You may not sell, buy, rent, auction, lease, gift for consideration, or otherwise transfer or attempt to transfer, whether on or off the Service:
in exchange for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods, services, or anything else of real-world value.
Any such transaction is void and unenforceable. We do not recognise, honour, mediate, or reverse it. We do not provide support for items or accounts acquired this way, and you have no claim against us in respect of them.
Attempting, advertising, or facilitating a real-world trade is grounds for immediate and permanent termination of every account involved, with no refund and no restoration of items.
This prohibition exists because Cricket Gabru's virtual economy is closed by design. It is a game economy, not a financial one, and we intend to keep it that way.
The Service uses two virtual currencies: Stars (★), the premium currency purchased with real money, and Diamonds (◆), a secondary currency obtained by converting Stars or through gameplay.

We may modify, rebalance, expire, or remove virtual items and currency as part of ordinary game balancing, seasonal rotation, or anti-abuse action. We will give reasonable advance notice on the Site and in our Discord server before any change that materially reduces the utility of a paid item.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the final amount payable. International payments processed by Stripe may be converted by your bank at its own rate.
Payments are processed by PhonePe Payment Gateway and Stripe. Delivery of purchased items is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Crates and vaults contain randomised rewards. Drop rates are applied uniformly to all users.
The Service, including its code, artwork, card designs, stadium art, logos, and written content, is owned by us and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
You may create and share screenshots, videos, and streams of your gameplay, including monetised content, provided you do not misrepresent yourself as officially affiliated with or endorsed by Cricket Gabru.
Cricket Gabru is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any cricketer, cricket board, league, team, or governing body. Player names and statistics are factual information in the public domain, used for identification only. No player's appearance in the game implies any endorsement of Cricket Gabru.
You are responsible for content you submit, including Clan names, tags, descriptions, and any text visible to other users. Do not submit content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, harassing, impersonating, or infringing. We may remove content and rename or disband Clans at our discretion, and we will act on reports received through our in-game reporting tools and grievance channel.
Cricket Gabru operates on Discord and depends on Discord's platform, and on PhonePe Payment Gateway and Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or account actions taken by those providers.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we decide to discontinue the Service entirely, we will:
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users from harm. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a route to appeal through our grievance mechanism.
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already spent. Termination for reasons unconnected to your conduct — for example, discontinuation of the Service — is dealt with under Section 11.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account and data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that virtual items or match outcomes will always behave as intended.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items, progress, or ranking.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and we will announce material changes on the Site and in our official Discord server at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 18, the district courts at Etah, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, or if we fail to respond within 15 days, you may escalate to the Online Gaming Authority of India, and thereafter to the Appellate Authority (Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology). Grievances relating specifically to your personal data may be raised with the Data Protection Board of India after first exhausting our grievance mechanism.
