Cricket Gabru is operated by Priyanshu Jain, India. When you connect your Discord account, we collect and use some of your personal data. Here is exactly what, and exactly why.
What we take from Discord: your user ID, username, avatar, email address, and the IDs of servers where you use the bot.
What we generate: your match history, card collection, currency balances, and progression.
What we collect for security: your IP address, approximate country or region, and a device fingerprint — used only to stop people running multiple accounts and to prevent payment fraud.
What we get when you buy something: an order ID, the amount, the item, and a timestamp. PhonePe Payment Gateway and Stripe handle the payment itself. We never see your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
Why: to run your account, deliver what you buy, keep the game fair, answer your support requests, and meet Indian tax and legal requirements. We do not sell your data and we do not advertise to you.
You can say no, later. Withdraw consent any time with the in-Discord deletion command or by emailing grievance@cricketgabru.in. It is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Your account and virtual items are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
You can ask us things. You have the right to see your data, correct it, delete it, nominate someone to act for you, and complain. Email grievance@cricketgabru.in — we reply within 15 days.
If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after raising it with us first.
