DELIVERY POLICY

1. Digital Goods Only

Cricket Gabru sells only digital, non-tangible virtual goods — Stars, Diamonds, player cards, crates, Gabru Pro+ memberships, and Battle Passes. No physical product is sold, and none is shipped.

2. No Shipping

There are no shipping charges, no courier, no tracking number, and no physical package. Any communication claiming otherwise is not from us.

3. Delivery

Purchases are credited instantly to the Discord account associated with the transaction, in the overwhelming majority of cases within seconds of payment confirmation from PhonePe Payment Gateway or Stripe. In rare cases involving gateway delays or bank verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation in Discord when items are credited, and a payment receipt by email from the payment gateway.

4. If Something Does Not Arrive

If you have been charged and your items have not appeared within 24 hours:

1. Check that you completed checkout on the same Discord account you play on — this is the most common cause.
2. Email support@cricketgabru.in with your Discord username, Discord User ID, the payment reference or order ID, and the date and amount.

We acknowledge within 24 hours. We will either credit the missing items or, if delivery cannot be completed, issue a full refund under Section 4 of our Refund Policy. Non-delivery is always a refundable event.
